Dear Budget customer care,
27 april somebody stole rented GPS navigation system from the car. I
understand, that it was my fault to leave GPS in the car even in the
glovebox. But the amount charged for the GPS is increadible - 478 euro
(144 000 forint incl VAT). Fast look to google shows, that similar
modern Garmin costs 40 000 - 70 000 forint (inc VAT and maps installed)
For example - joaron.com/index.php/Az-osszes-termek-megtekintese-az-uzletben/Page-2.html?keyword1=garmin&search_category=&search_lim iter=
Car rental office staff charged 144 000 forint as was written in rental
agreement.
Even if this particular garmin nuvi 360 was costing 144 000 forint some
years ago, when service bought it, the amortisation did not take into
account.
In addition to the above, on 24 april, when I took the car, rental staff
did not give me my copy of rental agreement for navigation system, so I
could not read it through carefully to understand clearly the risks of
leaving GPS in the car.
I'm not agree with charged amount and ask you to refund minimum 75000
forint (250 euro).
Looking forward to your decision,

Dear Vladislav Tikhomirov,
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this issue may
have caused.
Due to the fact that the system was in your possession you are
responsible for replacing the GPS. I will not be able to refund any
amount on your account.
Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding.
